  • Wedding Coordination (sometimes referred to as “day of” or “month of” coordination) is great for couples who have almost everything put together but just need a little help with the finishing touches. Where can I help? By tying up loose ends and adding a little sparkle. We will finalize every detail you have planned and perfect every image you have envisioned.

    • Unlimited meeting time during the planning process

    • Timeline creation and management

    • Client portal with templates for budget, guest list, seating charts, etc.

    • Ceremony rehearsal

    • Unlimited time on-site with your coordinator

    • Access to wedding emergency kit

    • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception

    • Point of contact for all vendors on wedding day

    • Distributing final payments and gratuity to vendors

    • Coordinate load out and take care of post-event closings at the venue
