Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) Disclaimer

Planner may utilize assistive artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies as a tool to supplement and enhance Planner's own planning, organizational, and administrative processes. Planner's use of AI is limited to assistive functions only, such as organizing information, drafting or refining written communications, generating timeline drafts, structuring vendor coordination details, and similar support tasks. Planner does not use generative AI to create wedding concepts, event designs, visual mockups, imagery, renderings, or other creative deliverables provided to Clients. Clients understand and agree that all wedding concepts, planning decisions, artistic direction, styling selections, event layouts, color combinations, and finished work delivered by Planner are human-created and original to Planner.

No sensitive Client information, including but not limited to financial details, contracts, personal identifying information, or confidential event details, will be entered into any AI platform or tool used by Planner. Planner shall make reasonable efforts to ensure any AI tools used for administrative or organizational support do not retain or use Client-related information for third-party training purposes.
